Join us for a ballet-inspired fitness class for all levels, which infuses Pilates and yoga.

This class will help increase balance, posture, core strength, flexibility, and mobility, as well as provide a great workout for your upper body and lower body. No dance experience needed.

Note: Bring a yoga mat, socks and wear comfortable clothes to move in.

About the teacher:

Holli Hutson has been teaching for over 20 years in the Chattanooga area. She holds a MA in Theater Education with an emphasis in dance and is a Licensed Fletcher Pilates Provider. She has taught movement and dance at East Hamilton Middle High, Chattanooga Ballet, Siskin Fitness Center, Mountain Arts Community Center, CSAS, and Chattanooga State. She has taught Pilates at the YMCA, Chattanooga Theatre Centre, Siskin Fitness Center as well as Pilates privates in homes.
