About the teacher:
Mirilena Lee is a Master Practitioner of Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) and is currently training to become a Certified NLP Trainer. She brings a rich and integrative approach to personal transformation, blending modern methodologies with ancient wisdom traditions. Mirilena is a Full Mesa Carrier in the Q'ero tradition of Peru, a student of Huna under Dr. Matt James of Empowerment, Inc., and has trained extensively in breathwork and energy healing with Michael Brian Baker of The Breath Center.
In addition to her somatic and energetic training, Mirilena is a certified yoga teacher and a Victim Consciousness Educator. Her work specializes in helping individuals question their painful stories, shift perception, and step fully into their role as the conscious creator of their reality.
