Birding is about more than just looking at birds. It's about observing all characteristics of our fine feathered friends: how they behave, what they eat, where they go, and why they are important. On this exclusive hike at Audubon Acres, you’ll practice identifying birds by sight and song, explore field markers and binocular tricks, and pick up tips from a seasoned avian biologist. Along the way, we’ll dive into migration ecology, invasive species, and local conservation efforts. You’ll leave with a deeper appreciation of the avian world and practical know-how for attracting birds to your own backyard.

A portion of ticket sales will benefit theChattanooga Audubon Society.
