We’ll leverage creative tools from design thinking, brought to you by Standford’s famous Life Design labs, to get you creatively thinking about how to make your next chapter a great one.

Here's a sneak peek of what you'll get out of this workshop:

  • Your Maker Mix: Get specific about what brings you fulfillment in your career and life, so that you can use what really matters as a rubric for your future decisions.
  • Potential Life Paths: Map out three completely different alternative 5-year plans for your future so that you can easily compare all of your options. 
  • Prototyping Action Plan: Create a step-by-step plan for exploring each path, so you can start making progress toward the changes you’re craving. 

You’ll walk away from this workshop feeling energized and armed with a list of action items to take so you can immediately start designing your next great career or life chapter.

About the teacher:

Lydia Fogo Johnson, M.S., is a triple-certified holistic career coach who helps burned-out professionals design fulfilling, balanced careers so they can thrive at work and at home. She specializes in helping her clients improve their stress, burnout, work/life balance, job satisfaction, engagement, and fulfillment.

Lydia's approaches are evidence-based yet holistic, combining broad expertise from her three coaching certifications, master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, and years of corporate HR consulting experience. Her work is deeply informed by her passion for mindfulness, creativity, and mental health.

When she's not coaching, you might find Lydia exploring Chattanooga’s vibrant outdoors with her toddler, whipping up vegetarian dishes, creating art, or staying up too late reading a good book.
