Learn how to boost your focus, concentration, and memory with the power of herbs!

In part one of herbs for mental health, we will take a deep dive into herbs that are specifically for enhancing cognitive function. We will look at herbs that help with focus, concentration and alertness as well as herbs that help with memory and protect the brain from cognitive decline. We will also touch on a couple mindfulness techniques that support your mental health.
This class will be an hour and a half long. We will provide some herbal teas to try throughout the class and a herbal tea sample for you to bring home.
About the teacher:
Tiffany Malapanes has been studying herbalism, holistic health, nutrition, teas and ethnobotany for 20 years. She is a nutritionist and previously owned the local herbal tea company Positiffitea. She is passionate about health and nutrition education and loves to share her passion with others. Today, she is teaming up with Asheville Dispensary to continue educating and empowering the community to live happier, and healthier lives naturally with the help of plants and nutrition.
