Got veggies you want to save from the back of the fridge?

Join Tastecraft Collective for a hands-on, high-flavor workshop designed to demystify the art of the quick pickle. In this class we’ll prove you don’t need an underground root cellar or complex canning equipment to preserve some of your produce—all it takes is a countertop, basic staples, and 24 hours.

In this interactive session, we will explore the science of quick vinegar brines and how to easily extend the shelf life of fresh produce. Then, the real fun begins at our custom “flavor bar.” You’ll chop fresh vegetables and experiment with aromatic herbs and spices to build your own signature flavor profile—whether you love them spicy and garlicky, classic and dilly, or sweet and tangy.

What’s included:

  • All ingredients, seasonal produce, and spices.
  • Your own custom-crafted 16oz jar of quick pickles to take home.
  • A recipe guide featuring Tastecraft’s favorite brine ratios.

Perfect for beginner gardeners and food lovers alike, this class will give you the skills to cut food waste and elevate your everyday meals. Come ready to chop, brine, and vibe!
