Transform a collection of "junk" into beautiful handmade paper. In this workshop, you will turn discarded paper scraps—including old mail, colorful paper, and ephemera into handmade paper sheets.

Whether you are looking to create unique stationery, artistic backgrounds, or textured journals, you will leave with a stack of your own custom-made, upcycled paper.

Important Class Information

Materials: All necessary equipment will be provided. You are welcome to bring any clean, non-glossy paper scraps you’d like to incorporate, though plenty of materials will be available.

Preparation: This is an active process. Please wear comfortable shoes that you don't mind getting a little damp.

Environment: As we will be working with water vats throughout the duration of the class, the floor will be wet. Please dress for a messy, creative environment!
