The Mediterranean Eating Pattern is one of the healthiest in the world.

It can be easily and inexpensively incorporated into your diet.

Teams will prepare a variety of dishes (snacks, main dishes, dessert, etc.) to be sampled.

This class is educational and hands-on food prep. No culinary experience necessary.

Register for Part 1 or 2 or both.

No food substitutions for those with dietary restrictions.

Space is limited and can’t accommodate children or non-registered guests.

About the instructor:

June Puett is the Family and Consumer Sciences Extension Agent with the University of Tennessee Extension. With degrees in education and a passion for helping others learn, she reaches a variety of youth and adults on topics ranging from food preservation to fall prevention to money management and more! She likes getting her hands dirty and her feet wet.
