About the teacher:
Lydia Fogo Johnson, M.S., ACC, is a holistic career coach who helps burned-out professionals design fulfilling and balanced careers so they can thrive at work and at home. She’s especially passionate about helping fellow high-achieving, highly sensitive, or neurodivergent moms with young kids improve their work/life balance, well-being, and career fulfillment.
Lydia is a triple-certified coach, organizational psychology consultant, and ex-HR consultant who spent years as a global consultant helping executives improve company cultures and employee experience. She has a master's degree in Industrial-Organizational psychology (essentially, the psychology of humans at work), an Executive Life Coaching Certification, a Designing Your Life Coaching Certification from the thought leaders at Stanford’s Life Design Labs, a Fair Play facilitator certification, and a 200-hour Yoga Teacher certification. She is currently completing a Matrescence certification (the study of the transition into motherhood).
