The holidays can be beautiful—but they can also feel heavy.

The holidays can be beautiful—but they can also feel heavy. Between family dynamics, social expectations, and endless commitments, it’s easy to slip into old patterns of people-pleasing, overextension, or self-neglect. For those in recovery, this season often amplifies triggers and pressures. This workshop is for anyone ready to meet those challenges differently: with compassion, courage, and a renewed sense of autonomy.

In Rebel Rising Recovery: The Art of Radical Autonomy, we’ll explore:

  • How to face your triggers with curiosity instead of fear
  • The art of saying no without guilt (and letting others be disappointed)
  • Practicing self-care when the season demands more than you can give
  • Asking for what you need and creating boundaries that support your recovery

We’ll do this through practical, in-the-moment tools that you can carry into real-life situations—whether it’s a family dinner, an office party, or simply managing the pressure to “show up” in ways that drain you. These tools will help you recognize your triggers as opportunities for growth, respond with greater self-kindness, and stay grounded in your recovery during the holidays.

To close, we’ll open the space for your questions and all the “what ifs” that come with navigating the season—so you’ll leave with clarity, confidence, and a game plan tailored to your needs.
