Have you ever wondered why you feel like your energy is up and down? Why some days you can everything and other days you just want to be left alone? Come explore the phases of the menstrual and moon cycle and how our hormones affect our day to day life. We will also discuss the feminine archetypes and seasons to help you understand what’s going on in your body and how you can harness the power of each phase to align your energy best!
Even if you don’t have a menstrual cycle or it’s irregular, we will talk about other ways to tap into the feminine rhythms. Each participant will walk away with a diagram to help integrate this information.
This class specifically focuses on the energy of each part of the cycle and how to use it to your benefit, not on lifestyle recommendations. Although hormones will be discussed, this is not medical advice.
About the instructor:
Dr. Kat Hamblin is a doctor of physical therapy who has the joy of owning pelvic floor therapy clinic, Grounded PT. She is passionate about educating, supporting, and guiding women to connect more deeply to their bodies. She believes women have not had access to the education and knowledge they so deserve in order to make empowered decisions for themselves. She also incorporates energy healing into her work as she believes this region is the foundation for our sense of home and the fire of our creativity. Outside of PT, she loves nature and any kind of crafting.
