About the teacher:
Kim Jones is a longtime equestrian who fell in love with yoga after it helped ease years of stiffness and pain from riding and strength training. Her teaching style is observant, articulate, and adjustable, often blending meditative music with soft rock. She also specializes in hands-on PNF stretching to help deepen mobility. Off the mat, you’ll find her hiking with her dogs and exploring the best of Chattanooga’s outdoors.
