The Flame Within: Fire and the Female Being

Ignite your passion and explore the fierce spirit of fire and femininity in this empowering workshop.

This class is designed for women to explore the element of fire and how it relates to their bodies. 

This class will deep dive into our relationship with fire through time as a species and how it can either help us or hinder the experience of living in a female body. We will explore the fire centers within the body, also known as the chakras and how our connection and tending of these centers can fuel our most optimal experience while living in a female body. 

About the teacher:

Patricia Carter is a mother of 2 boys and a passionate women's health advocate. Her interests broaden the realms of consciousness, survival skills, womb-to-tomb women's health and more specifically the childbearing stages of women's health. She has worked with women around birth preparation and attending births but her main focus and desires in her work are focused on the tools and knowledge women need to both survive and thrive through the potent and expansive years of motherhood. With experiential knowledge and a desire to serve other women in this life, she offers her work online through Sacred Nectar of Patria. Within the nest of Sacred Nectar of Patria she explores what it means to live deeply attuned and connected to your body as a female through her various offerings which include: Rewilding Pleasure Pathways, Nourish, Tenders of the Flame and her online community Infuse and Nourish.
