You’ll be guided through trigger point release and self-massage to ease muscular tension, followed by restorative yoga to support deep rest and relaxation.
We’ll close with tea time, offering a selection of herbal teas. Enjoy a quiet zone for reflection or a social space to connect—whatever feels best for you.
This event requires the physical ability to stand up and get down to the floor without assistance. It will be facilitated following a trauma-informed approach.

**LATEX ALLERGY NOTE**:
We will be using rubber lacrosse balls for the trigger point release portion of the event. This event is not recommended for those with a latex allergy.
