Get creative with pressed flowers while chatting about pelvic floor health in this workshop.
In this workshop, we’ll use pressed flowers and botanicals to create original art pieces in the shapes of wombs and pelvises. Yours to take home, frame, and hang on your wall. While we work with our hands, we’ll have a warm, laid-back conversation about pelvic floor anatomy — what it is, where it is, and why it’s genuinely worth knowing.
You’ll leave with:
✦ A one-of-a-kind piece of botanical art, ready to frame
✦ A friendlier, more curious relationship with your pelvic floor
All materials provided.
