A Decade of Learning: Anniversary Month Recap

We cannot believe it's been 10 years of making learning more fun and accessible. Without you, our incredible learning community, this wouldn't have been possible. We're looking forward to growing this community even more.

During our anniversary month we:

Hosted a dinner: For the first time, we hosted an intimate fundraising dinner at Easy Bistro. It was a perfect setting to kick off a new, yearly tradition.

Hosted a big bash: We love parties so naturally we hosted a fun 10th-anniversary party filled with champagne toasts and lots of dancing.

Raised $10k: In February, we kicked off our decade-of-learning fundraising campaign with a goal of raising $10,000 by our anniversary party and we did thanks to our awesome supporters!

Made a yearbook: To commemorate our anniversary, we designed a yearbook with our volunteer yearbook committee.

Hosted an adult egg hunt: As if March wasn't already busy, Easter landed in March which meant so did our egg hunt. Over 400 eager hunters showed up!

Celebrated Lifelong Learning Day: Thanks to a proclamation from the Mayor's Office, March 5th is officially Lifelong Learning Day here in Chattanooga. We can't wait to celebrate every year!

Launched a new website: A task 10 years in the making. Our new website was made possible thanks to a generous grant from the Sankofa Fund for Civic Engagement and designed by the lovely team at Grid Principles in Louisville, KY.

Released new merch. Merch releases are always fun and this time we have hats! We always love working with the folks over at Neat Pony - they come up with the best designs. Check out our new tees and hats.

If you celebrated with us, donated or attended a class in March - thank you!
