The Chattery’s board of directors governs and oversees the inner workings of the organization while ensuring it is a thriving nonprofit operating within its mission.
We are looking to fill a vital role within our board - treasurer!
This is a legally required role to supervise the organization's finances as a volunteer. The treasurer is a governing position that will work closely with the organization’s founders and Board President to assist in the preparation of the budget, chair the finance committee and help oversee fundraising plans (among other duties).
All board members of The Chattery are expected to have some familiarity with the organization, introduce new relationships & resources to The Chattery and be in alignment with our mission & values.
